Save Ya Rod was born from the frustration fisherman go through when losing their often expensive rods in the water and not being able to retrieve them.  On a deep sea charter expedition,  (Inventor  and designer Garry Witt from the Gold Coast in Australia ) was astounded when 2 of his mates rods disappeared over the side to never be seen again.  The boys had to hand over their credit cards to the charter company to pay for the rods before they were allowed off.

Chatting to his wife Carolyn that night about the day, one thing lead to another and after months of research and testing Save Ya Rod is now available to the public.
